Emmitsburg, Md. (March 19, 2011)--The Mount St. Mary's men's tennis team lost to Sacred Heart, 6-1, at the MSM Tennis Courts on Saturday afternoon. Mike Zabetakis provided the Mount's point with a win at the No. 3 singles position.

Sacred Heart swept all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point. Matthew Blake and Taylor Place were edged at the No. 1 position in a tiebreaker by Kirill Kasyanov and Nick Mazzarese.

Zabetakis won 6-2, 0-6, 12-10 at the No. 3 spot in the lineup over Mike Syer. Patrick Plastow fell in three sets to Chadd Sullo at the No. 5 spot in the lineup.

Mount St. Mary's returns to action on March 22 at Bucknell.
