MOUNT UPDATE: The Mount St. Mary's women's basketball team heads west following Friday's game at Campbell to take on Davidson on Sunday afternoon. The Mount's offense, which is averaging 41.3 points per game, is led by 10.0 points per game from senior guard Jacqueline Brewer, while fellow senior Jenn Carney has posted a team-best 2.3 assists per contest.

LAST TIME OUT: Despite outscoring Campbell by a 27-26 margin in the second half, the Mount could not overcome a slow start in a 60-42 road loss on Friday. Junior point guard Jody Chickey led the Mount in scoring for the first time this season with a 10-point game, and junior Sarafina Arthur-Williams tied a career high with five rebounds in her first start of the season. Campbell forward Amanda Coffer scored a game-high 21 points.

ABOUT DAVIDSON: Playing their first season as a member of the Atlantic 10, Davidson is off to a 1-2 start with losses to Furman and Southern California before a road win at Gardner-Webb on Nov. 20. Freshman Mackenzie Latt is nearly averaging a double-double with 16.0 points and 9.7 rebounds per game through three collegiate games. Hannah Early has also turned in solid numbers with 15.0 points and 8.7 boards per contest. After going 16-16 overall and 11-7 in the Southern Conference last year, Davidson was selected 12th out of 14 teams in the Atlantic 10 Preseason Poll.

LAST TIME VERSUS DAVIDSON: In last year's home opener for Mount St. Mary's, Davidson stole an 83-82 victory from the Mount despite 22 points from Sydney Henderson in the first-ever meeting between the two schools. The Wildcats secured the win thanks to a pair of Lillian McCabe free throws with seven seconds left. With 22 points, Hannah Early was one of four Wildcats who scored in double figures in the game. Among the Mount's returners, Jenn Carney was the top scorer in last season's matchup with eight points.

MOUNT ST. MARY'S VS. THE ATLANTIC 10: Davidson is the second Atlantic 10 opponent this season for the Mount, which fell at Fordham on Nov. 18 by a 61-32 final score. Versus the 14 teams that make up the Atlantic 10, the Mount's all-time record is 16-24.

UP NEXT: The Mountaineers will make their home debut on Wednesday, Nov. 26, versus Delaware State. Game time at Knott Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m.
