AS A SENIOR:  Named the Most Valuable Performer at the 2018 Northeast Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships, helping lead the Mount to its first team title in 21 seasons...Finished third in the decathlon at the Penn Relays...Ran the anchor leg during the 4x400m relay that finished second at the NEC's to clinch the team title...Member of the 4x100m relay team that captured a gold medal...Finished sixth in the 100m (10.85) and fifth in the 200m (21.81) at the NEC's...Won the long jump with a leap of 7.57m (24' 10") to earn First Team All-NEC honors...That mark is second all-time at the Mount, just six centimeters off the school record...Named NEC Field Athlete of the Week twice during the outdoor season...Indoor, named All-East in the heptathlon...Named NEC Track Athlete of the Week twice during the indoor season...Finished seventh in the 60m dash at the NEC Indoor Championships...Also on the Mount's 4x400m relay team that place third...Won the gold medal in the long jump at the NEC Indoor Championships with a mark of 7.45m (24' 5.5"), just five centimeters off the NEC record and is second all-time at the Mount...His score of 5,054 points in the heptathlon is fifth all-time at the Mount.

AS A JUNIOR:  His time of 7.08 seconds in the 60m dash at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships is seventh all-time at the Mount...Finished seventh in the long jump (6.59m, 21' 7.5") at the NEC's as well...Outdoor, his time of 10.67 seconds in the 100m dash at the NEC Championships is eighth all-time at the Mount...Was busy at the NEC Outdoor Championships, finishing fourth in the 100m (10.67), fourth in the 200m dash (21.88),  sixth in the pole vault (3.60m) and sixth in the long jump (6.97m, 22' 10.5")...Also on the Mount's 4x100m relay team that earned Second Team All-NEC honors with a second-place finish (41.60)...Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 100m...Finished in second place in the decathlon at the Penn Relays with 6,126 points...Led after the first day of competition...Indoor, finished in seventh place in the long jump (6.59m, 21' 7.5") at the NEC's...Had top 60m dash time at Dickinson DuCharme Invitational...His top mark in long jump came at Akron Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE:  Finished seventh in the 200m at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Added fourth-place finish in long jump...Finished in sixth place in the long jump at the NEC Indoor Championships...Moved into sixth on the Mount's all-time list in the 60m dash (7.11) and ninth in the 200m dash (22.36)...Scored 4,149 points in the heptathlon at Akron to move into ninth on the Mount's top 10 list...Now 10th all-time at the Mount in the 200m dash outdoors after running 21.67 at the Colonial Relays.

AS A FRESHMAN:  Named the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Meet at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Finished 4th in the 200m (21.86), seventh in the 100m (10.95) and fifth in the long jump (6.70m)...Named to the NEC All-Rookie team in 100m and the long jump...Part of the Mount's 4x400m relay team that competed at the Penn Relays...Member of the sprint medley relay team that finished second at the Colonial Relays...Matched the Mount's top performance in the high jump (1.95m) at Wake Forest...Indoors, finished seventh at the NEC Championships in the high jump...Posted his best 200m time of the indoor season at the NEC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Won the state high jump title in 2012, 2013, and 2014...Also took home the regional title in the high jump three consecutive seasons...Was the All-SMAC Athlete of the year...Also won the conference title in the long jump while taking home three conference titles in the high jump...Named All-Conference in basketball in 2014.
