Mount St. Mary's fell to Loyola, 4-2, on Tuesday night at Waldron Family Stadium.  The Mountaineers jumped out to the early lead on Boris Nana Tonzi's third goal of the season just under six minutes into the game.  The Greyhounds responded with a pair of goals to take the lead, but the Mount evened the score on Marcos Lucero's first career goal at the Mount early in the second half.  The lead was short-lived as Loyola countered 82 seconds later for a 3-2 advantage.  A penalty kick goal completed the scoring. 

Central Connecticut enters Friday night's matchup looking for their first win of the season.  The Blue Devils are 0-8-1 overall and 0-3-0 in the Northeast Conference this season.  The Blue Devils are coming off a 3-1 loss to Robert Morris this past Sunday.  CCSU has played seven of its nine games this season at home.  Eddie Yepes leads the team with five points (1g, 3a) while Jason Dubrovich has handled the bulk of the playing time in goal (3.31 GAA, .621 SV Pct.).

Central Connecticut holds a 9-7-0 lead in the all-time series with the Mountaineers that began in 1998.  Last year, the Mount posted a 2-1 win at Central Connecticut.  The Mount has won four of the past five meetings between the two teams.
