Mount St. Mary's fell to Loyola, 4-2, on Tuesday night at Waldron Family Stadium. The Mountaineers jumped out to the early lead on Boris Nana Tonzi's third goal of the season just under six minutes into the game. The Greyhounds responded with a pair of goals to take the lead, but the Mount evened the score on Marcos Lucero's first career goal at the Mount early in the second half. The lead was short-lived as Loyola countered 82 seconds later for a 3-2 advantage. A penalty kick goal completed the scoring.

Central Connecticut enters Friday night's matchup looking for their first win of the season. The Blue Devils are 0-8-1 overall and 0-3-0 in the Northeast Conference this season. The Blue Devils are coming off a 3-1 loss to Robert Morris this past Sunday. CCSU has played seven of its nine games this season at home.
