June 18, 2018 -- Mount St. Mary's University shortstop Patrick Causa was named one of two Coastal Plain League (CPL) Players of the Week on Sunday following the third week of CPL action (June 10-16).
Causa, an All-Northeast Conference Second Team selection this year for Mount St. Mary's, hit .568 this past week with the Florence RedWolves. Causa registered nine hits in five games, including a pair of extra-base knocks, to go along with four runs and three RBIs. The Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania native posted a .632 on-base percentage and .750 slugging percentage for the week.
