Lancaster, Pa. (November 19, 2016) – Senior Amanda Moore paced the Mount on day two of the Franklin & Marshall Invitational with a pair of top-four finishes, including a first-place showing in the 50 free as the Mount held strong in third place in the team standings.
Moore clocked in at 23.82 to win the 50 free, finishing just 0.06 seconds off her school record of 23.76 which she set at the NEC Championships last season. Moore also claimed a fourth-place finish in the 100 fly in 57.63, and Maddie McGraw posted a fourth-place showing in the 100 back with a time of 58.71.
Washington & Lee jumped into first place with 993 team points while Delaware sits in a close second with 988 points, followed by the Mount with 629 points.
The Mount wraps up competition at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational with day three on Sunday, November 20. Preliminary heats begin at 10 a.m. and finals at 5 p.m.
