ABOUT THE MOUNT
After topping Radford (23-13) two weekends ago to collect their first win of the season, the Mountaineers dropped tilts to UC Davis (8-5) and Binghamton (13-6) this past week. The Mount is averaging 10.5 goals per game, led by senior Sammie Knapp (19g, 8a), freshman Carly Miller (13g, 11a) and sophomore Taylor Carhart (14g, 1a). Sophomore goalie Jillian Peitio owns a .384 save percentage and 13.84 goals against average in eight starts between the pipes.

The Colonials, who sit at 6-4 on the season, enter Friday's matchup on a three-game winning streak following victories over Liberty (13-10), St. Bonaventure (12-7) and Duquesne (17-6). Anna Sachs leads RMU with 41 points (26g, 15a) and ranks among the top-three in the conference in points, goals and assists per contest. Katelyn Miller has started all 10 games in goal, posting a .503 save percentage and 8.99 goals against average.
INSIDE THE SERIES
The Mountaineers and Colonials will meet for the 14th time in series history on Friday with the Mount holding an 8-5 advantage, including a perfect 5-0 record on its home turf. Last year, Robert Morris pulled out an 8-6 victory over the Mount in the regular season finale. Taylor Carhart paced the Mountaineers in the tilt with a pair of goals and one assist.
SCOUTING SAINT FRANCIS U
The Red Flash topped Saint Mary's College (21-14) last time out to improve to 5-4 overall on the year. They open league play on Friday at Wagner before welcoming the Mount for a matchup on Sunday. Holly Lawrence (34g, 3a, 38p) is the team's top offensive threat as she leads the NEC in both goals and points per game. Heather McKee owns a .377 save percentage and 12.53 goals against average in nine starts between the pipes.
INSIDE THE SERIES
The Mount owns a perfect 14-0 all-time record against the Red Flash, including a 6-0 mark in Loretto, Pa. In last season's matchup, the Mount posted a 12-4 victory in Emmitsburg behind three points apiece from Kelly Maloney (3g) and Sammie Knapp (2g, 1a).
