Youngstown, Ohio (September 4, 2018) – The Mount St. Mary's women's golf team completed the final round of the Roseanne Schwartz Invitational on Tuesday afternoon. Sophomore Olivia Gardenhour led the way for the Mountaineers, shooting a +16 at the tournament to finish in a tie for 24th place.
Gardenhour fired an 81 (+9) on Tuesday to close things out with a two-round score of 160 (+16), as the sophomore posted the Mount's top individual finish at the tournament.
Freshman Michaila Cheung carded an 84 (+12) on the final 18 holes for a total of 167 (+23). Cheung finished in 42nd place overall.
Sophomore Nicole Voci registered a 102 (+30) on Tuesday, rounding out the tournament with an overall score of 201 (+57).
Youngstown State claimed the tournament title with a 577 (+1) team score.
Mount St. Mary's is back in action this coming weekend for the William & Mary Invitational spanning September 9-10 at the Kingsmill Resort.
