The Mount and Robert Morris will square off for the 61st time in series history. The Mount holds a 33-27 advantage overall, but the Colonials owns a slight 15-14 edge on their home court. RMU posted victories over the Mount in both matchups last season. In the first contest between the two, the Colonials had four players reach double-figures in a 77-68 victory in Emmitsburg. Daly Sullivan paced the Mount with 19 points and four assists in the tilt. In the final matchup, which was the regular season finale, the Colonials grinded out a 66-54 win in Moon Township paced by a 17-point performance from Megan Callahan. Sullivan led the Mount once again with 15 points and five three-pointers, as she rounded out the season series with nine threes against RMU.

Mount St. Mary's put together its two highest-scoring quarters of the season in the second half to race past Radford and collect an 89-77 victory on Wednesday night at Knott Arena in the Mount's final non-conference game of the season. Daly Sullivan went 7-of-11 from long range in the contest as she set a new career high in three-pointers (7) while tying her career high in points (23). The seven threes from Sullivan are tied for fourth-most in a game in program history. Juliette Lawless recorded her fifth 20-plus point performance in the last six games, as she went 7-of-10 from the field for 21 points. Bridget Birkhead netted a career-high 18 points on the night behind 4-of-7 shooting from deep. Rebecca Lee also finished in double-figures with 10 points and seven rebounds, and Jatarrikah Settle tallied six points and a career-high 16 rebounds, which tied Lee's 16-rebound performance at Gardner-Webb for most this season by a Mountaineer.

The win over Radford gave the Mount a 6-5 record to close out its non-conference slate. It marks the first winning record for the Moun­taineers in non-conference play since the 1999-00 season, when they also finished at 6-5. The 89 points from the Mount in the win over Radford were the team's most in a game since a 97-80 win against Saint Francis U on February 24, 2014. The team's point totals in the third (30) and fourth (29) quarters were the second and third-highest scoring periods in program history.

Juliette Lawless has now tallied 20-plus points in five of the last six games. The senior is averaging 22.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game during the stretch. Lawless currently leads the NEC in field goal pct (.516), ranks third in assists, and is fourth in scoring (18.0 ppg).

Earning her first two starts of the season the last two times out, Bridget Birkhead has delivered with the two highest-scoring games of her career. The sophomore went 5-of-8 from long range and scored 15 points against Maryland Eastern Shore, before follow­ing it up with a 5-for-10 mark from deep and a career-high 18 points in the win over Radford on Wednesday. Birkhead has scored in double-figures in each of the last three games, and leads the squad with a 42.3-percent clip from downtown.
