Najae Nickerson and the Men's and Women's DMR teams Earn All-East Honors on Final Day of IC4A-ECAC Championships

Boston, Mass. (March 3, 2019)--Najae Nickerson and both the men's and women's Distance Medley Relay teams earned All-East honors to pace Mount Indoor track and field on the final day of the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

The women's distance medley relay team finished in fourth place to earn All-East honors.  The quartet of Maddie Kole, Chardane Logan, Clarke Hooper and Erin Jaskot ran a time of 11:48.36, the third-best time in Mount history and the fastest mark in 20 years.

Najae Nickerson finished in seventh place in the 60m hurdles to earn All-East honors.  Nickerson posted a time of 8.78 seconds in the finals, moving her into third place on the Mount's all-time top 10 list.  Kayla Barnes just missed All-East honors by finishing ninth in the 200m dash with a time of 24.46 seconds.  That mark breaks her own school record.

The men's distance medley relay team of Isaac Kole, Branden Roach, Brandon Briscoe and Benjamin Finnigan finished seventh with a time of 10:03.15 to also earn All-East honors.
