Mount Men’s Swimming & Diving Wraps Up Opening Day at F&M Invitational

Lancaster, Pa. (November 18, 2016) – The Mount St. Mary's 'A' relay squad posted a fifth-place finish in the 400 medley relay to highlight day one of the Franklin & Marshall Invitational on Friday night. The Mount currently sits in ninth place following the opening day with 103 team points.

Will Twizell, Vincent Huang, Aidan McCormick and Brock Cudahy combined to swim 400 medley relay in 3:31.27 for the team's top finish on day one.

In the other relay event, the 200 free relay, Liam Taylor, Huang, McCormick and Andrew Quinan clocked in at 1:30.89 for a 16th-place showing. Taylor also registered the Mount's top individual finish of the night, taking 12th place in the 1650 free in 17:27.33.

The Mount returns to the pool tomorrow (Nov. 19) for day two beginning with preliminary heats at 9 a.m.
