T.C. DiBartolo joins the Mount men's lacrosse coaching staff after a stellar four-year career at the school.
DiBartolo was named the Most Valuable Player at the Northeast Conference Tournament after posting 25 saves in helping the Mount win the inaugural NEC title last season. Also named the NEC Defensive Player of the Year, he holds the Mount St. Mary's all-time save record with 726. DiBartolo, also named First Team All-NEC in goal for the second consecutive season, finished the season with a 10.68 goals against average and a .528 save percentage. He played in the annual USILA North-South All-Star game in May.
As a junior, was named honorable mention All-America after helping lead the Mount to the NCAA Tournament. A First Team All-NEC and Second Team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference selection, he was named to the MAAC All-Tournament team after making 33 saves in the Mount's wins over Manhattan and Siena that helped the team to its first MAAC title since 2003. He finished that season with a 9.39 goals against average and a .590 save percentage which was sixth in the nation, while his 219 saves were the second-best single-season mark in Mount history.
As a sophomore, hewas sixth in the nation with a .609 save percentage and 10th in the country with a 7.81 goals against average, setting a new school record. He was named to the MAAC All-Tournament team as well.
He was drafted in the 16th round of the Major League Lacrosse Supplemental Draft by the Chesapeake Bayhawks in December.
